Named after our beloved beekeeper’s dog and adventure buddy, Ace, our apiary is built on love for the land and a deep commitment to local collaboration. We work hand-in-hand with nearby farms, native tree and plant advocates, and invasive species removal crews to help restore balance to North Carolina’s landscapes.

Our Mission
At Ace’s Apiary, our mission is to connect people with nature through food. We believe good honey starts with respect for our bees, our land, and our community. We're a woman-owned, small-scale operation rooted in Durham, NC, producing 100% raw, local honey.
Our bees are treated as partners, not products. We follow sustainable, bee-conscious practices to ensure healthy hives and vibrant ecosystems. Every jar of honey is harvested with care, never heated or filtered.​
